Continuamos en Onda Sonora con las últimas novedades del sello austríaco Mego, que lanza dos nuevos trabajos a cargo de Florian Hecker, músico electrónico conceptual de vocación ruidista, también austríaco. En este primer caso, colabora con otro explorador del ruido, el veterano japonés Yasunao Tone, siempre en la vanguardia desde que hace ya 40 años se uniera al movimiento Fluxus. Para esta obra, Tone parte de una serie de poemas japoneses del siglo octavo convertidos en sonido y posteriormente manipulados por Hecker

Hoy nos despedimos desde el sello Planet Mu, que dirige el británico Mike Paradinas, Mu-Ziq, presentando un nuevo disco que se sale un poco de la linea habitual seguida por la compañía, aunque esto se está convirtiendo en algo habitual en los últimos tiempos. Se trata del debut de un músico de Birmingham llamado Ed Lawes, que consta de "14 cortes / piezas", así se titula el álbum, alternando los primeros -en un sentido más abstracto utilizando más o menos tecnología para su construcción-, con varias piezas para instrumentos tradicionales, como violín, bajo o saxo

We continue with the last novelties of the Austrian label Mego, that is releasing two new works by Florian Hecker, conceptual electronic musician of noisy vocation, also from Austria. In this first case, he collaborates with another explorer of noise, the veteran Japanese Yasunao Tone, always ready in the front of the avant-garde since 40 years ago he joined the Fluxus movement. For this work, Tone departs from a series of Japanese poems of the Eighth Century that were transformed into sound and later on manipulated by Hecker

Es el caso de este trabajo para el sello No Type de los improvisadores Aimé Dontigny y Erick Dorion, Morceaux_de_Machines, que han construido el álbum "Estrapade" con 9 piezas, algunas de ellas con la colaboración de Martin Tétreault, Otomo Yoshihide y Diane Labrosse, investigando en el ruido como forma musical

Este es el primer volumen de una trilogía prevista por el sello Ambiances Magnetiques compilando material procedente de improvisaciones en directo realizadas por los dos artistas, en este caso durante su gira europea del pasado año

Nosotros nos quedamos hoy con la sensibilidad de Butcher para investigar en los tonos y texturas de su instrumento

Un disco que comenzó a gestarse hace ya dos años, y para el que Rehberg ha venido recopilando material grabado en directo en diferentes situaciones
